Ingredients
1 banana, peeled
1 cup of spinach, fresh or frozen
1/2 an avocado
1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
A handful of ice cubes
Instructions
First, add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk and blend again.
Taste and add a bit more honey or maple syrup if desired.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
