Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup of spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • First, add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk and blend again.
  • Taste and add a bit more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
