Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 grams Brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • To commence, it is recommended to preheat the oven to a temperature of 375°F (190°C).
  • Next, proceed to season the chicken breasts with a moderate amount of salt and pepper.
  • Heat the olive oil in a spacious skillet over a medium-high flame.
  • Place the chicken breasts into the cooking vessel and proceed to cook them until they acquire a golden brown hue, approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  • Transfer the chicken breasts to an oven-safe baking dish.
  • Top each chicken breast with slices of apple, followed by slices of Brie cheese.
  • Drizzle honey over the apples and Brie. Sprinkle fresh thyme on top.
  • Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour the broth mixture around the chicken in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese has melted.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
