1 cup of milk (your choice: whole, almond, soy, etc.)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 banana
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes
Instructions
In a blender, combine the milk, peanut butter, banana, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Blend these ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Then add ice cubes and blend again until the shake is chilled and frothy.
