  • 1 cup of milk (your choice: whole, almond, soy, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the milk, peanut butter, banana, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend these ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Then add ice cubes and blend again until the shake is chilled and frothy.
