Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tomatoes large and ripe
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Onion, red
  • 1 Bell Pepper, green
  • 200 grams of Feta Cheese
  • 20 Kalamata Olives
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • First of all, cut the tomatoes and cucumber, and thinly slice the onion and bell pepper.
  • Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, and olives in a  bowl.
  • Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top.
  • Now mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and Pepper in a separate bowl.
  • Gently mix all the components of the salad after pouring the dressing on top.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the Mediterranean flavors.
