  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • To create a delicious marinade for your chicken, gather lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika and mix them together in a bowl.
  • Once the marinade is prepared, place your chicken into a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it.
  • Seal the bag, making sure the chicken is completely covered, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For the best flavor, marinate for 2 hours.
  • Grill the chicken on a preheated grill or pan for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it.
  • Serve with tortillas and your favorite fajita toppings.
