500g ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup olive oil for frying
Instructions
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Next, mix well and shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Then heat the olive oil in a large skillet on medium flame, add the meatballs, and cook. Cook the meatballs until they turn brown on all sides.
Finally, pour the marinara sauce into the skillet and let it simmer for about 20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
