Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups arugula
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 2 ripe plums, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • First of all, mix together arugula, sliced peaches, sliced plums, cherry tomatoes, red onion, crumbled goat cheese, and chopped walnuts in a spacious bowl.
  • Then to prepare the dressing, use a small bowl and whisk together balsamic vinegar. Then add extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • After that drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
