2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1 can (14ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream, chilled
Instructions
Take a blender or food processor, puree the strawberries until smooth.
Then, take a large mixing bowl and combine the strawberry puree, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, using an electric mixer, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or ice cream container.
Cover with plastic wrap, ensuring it directly touches the surface of the ice cream mixture.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
