Ingredients
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
As directed on the package, prepare the fettuccine. Drain and set aside.
In a pan set on medium heat, melt the butter.
Cook the minced garlic for approximately a minute, until it begins to smell aromatic.
Add the heavy cream, then boil the mixture.
Add the Parmesan cheese and stir it into the sauce. Continue mixing until it melts.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once the fettuccine has finished cooking, thoroughly combine the sauce with it.
Serve the pasta hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
