Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • As directed on the package, prepare the fettuccine. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pan set on medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Cook the minced garlic for approximately a minute, until it begins to smell aromatic.
  • Add the heavy cream, then boil the mixture.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese and stir it into the sauce. Continue mixing until it melts.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once the fettuccine has finished cooking, thoroughly combine the sauce with it.
  • Serve the pasta hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
