Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 pound cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound potato gnocchi
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grab a large pot and heat the olive oil on medium flame.
  • Next, add the onions, carrots, and celery and fry it quickly until the vegetables are edible.
  • Then add chicken and heavy cream to the pot and bring to boil.
  • Reduce the heat and add gnocchi. Cook until tender.
  • Add spinach and season with salt and pepper.
