- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 tablespoons protein powder (preferably almond flavored)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Ice cubes (optional)
