1 plain bagel
2 oz (60 g) smoked salmon
2tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp fresh dill
chopped
1/4 red onion
thinlysliced
1/2 cucumber
thinly sliced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Slice the bagel in half horizontally and lightly toast the halves.
Spread cream cheese evenly on both halves of the bagel.
Lay the smoked salmon slices on one half of the bagel.
Top the salmon with red onion, cucumber, and chopped dill.
Squeeze lemon juice over the toppings and season with salt and pepper.
To create the sandwich, place the second half of the bagel on top.
If preferred, cut the bagel sandwich in half before serving.
