  •  2 oz (60 g) smoked salmon
  • 2tbsp cream cheese
  •  1 tsp fresh dill chopped
  •  1/4 red onion thinlysliced
  • 1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
  •  Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the bagel in half horizontally and lightly toast the halves.
  • Spread cream cheese evenly on both halves of the bagel.
  • Lay the smoked salmon slices on one half of the bagel.
  • Top the salmon with red onion, cucumber, and chopped dill.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the toppings and season with salt and pepper.
  • To create the sandwich, place the second half of the bagel on top.
  • If preferred, cut the bagel sandwich in half before serving.
