Then, take a large skillet and heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add onions and garlic and cook until they turn brown.
Add both bell peppers and cook until slightly softened.
Stir in the peas and tomatoes, then add the riced cauliflower.
Then sprinkle in smoked paprika, ground turmeric, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
Cook, stirring frequently, for about 10-12 minutes or until the cauliflower rice is cooked through and all the ingredients are well combined.
Finally, garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro before serving.
