Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mangodice, red onion, jalapeno pepper, red bell pepper, and cilantro should all be combined in a mixing dish.
  • Lime juice, honey, chili powder, salt, and pepper should all be thoroughly blended in a small bowl.
  • After adding the dressing, carefully toss the mango combination to evenly coat all ingredients.
  • To allow the flavors to mingle, wrap the bowl in plastic and put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve the chilled sweet and sour mango salsa with tortilla chips as a cool dip or as a garnish for tacos, fish, or poultry that has been grilled.
