Ingredients
  

  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  •  8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  •  1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  •  1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  •  1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  •  1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  •  1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  1 cup breadcrumbs
  •  Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Bake for at least 15 minutes at 375°F  on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • By halving them lengthwise, remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeno peppers.
  • To make this delicious cheese mixture, simply grab a mixing bowl and combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smokey paprika, cayenne pepper (if you're using it), salt, and pepper.
  • Fill each jalapeñohalf with the cheese mixture, pressing it gently to fill the cavity.
  • In another dish, combine the breadcrumbs with the salt and pepper.
  • Roll each stuffed jalapeño in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat all sides.
  • Place the coated jalapeño poppers on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Lightly spray the poppers with cooking spray to help them brown.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the poppers are brown.
