  • 500g white fish fillets
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • Cooking spray


  • First of all, preheat your oven to 200°Centigrade (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the fish fillets into sticks about 1 inch wide.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Dip each fish stick into the flour, the egg, and the breadcrumbs.
  • Arrange the breaded fish sticks on the prepared baking sheet and spray them lightly with cooking spray.
