Ingredients
  

  • 1 rack of lamb
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
