Tasty Honey BBQ Ribs: Finger-Licking Goodness on a Plate
Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Increase oven temperature to 275° F (135° C).
- Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel. Use salt and pepper to season each aspect.
- Place ribs on a massive baking tray covered with foil. The sheet of paper must face up with the vivid aspect going throughout. The edges must be wrapped with any other piece of aluminum foil and the rims must be corrugated to shape a sealing gasket.
- Bake for 2.5 to a few hours inside the preheated oven or untill the beef is smooth and without problems separating from the bones.
- Prepare the honey BBQ sauce whilst the ribs are cooking. Barbecue sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cumin must all be blended in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix nicely, then simmer for approximately 10 mins or till the combination thickens slightly.
- Remove ribs from oven, then lightly cast off foil. It is suggested to feature 350 F (175 C) to the oven temperature.
- Spread honey barbeque sauce on each side of the ribs.
- Return the ribs to the oven and prepare dinner for an extra 20 minutes or till the sauce is bubbly and starts to brown.
- Wait a couple of minutes earlier than reducing the ribs.
- Add extra barbeque sauce on both sides before serving.
